Pannys Phillip Island Chocolate Factory has been honoured by the recognition of the State Minister for Tourism, Tim Holding, at the RACV 2010 Victorian Tourism Awards, and has been awarded both the “Ministers Encouragement Award” as well as a receiving “Finalist” in the Tourist Attraction category.
