All our guests receive a complimentary chocolate on entry and staff are on hand to answer your questions. It may even be the famous Panny himself!

Opening Hours

The Phillip Island Chocolate Factory is open 7 days a week from 9:00am except for Christmas Day.

Our retail store closes at 5pm in Winter and 6pm during Eastern Daylight Savings (October to March).

Please note - during Summer, last entry to Pannys Amazing World of Chocolate is at 5:30pm and our cafe closes at 5:00pm.

Entry to Pannys Café & Retail store is free of charge.
